This
Tewahedo site is a good starting point. The Bible of this tradition embraces 81 books. Here
is the list. But matters are more complicated than that list suggests, as an
article by Roger W. Cowley demonstrates, online here.
Given the widespread though uneven attestation of Jubilees and 1 Enoch in
Jewish and Christian antiquity, the inclusion of both books in the Ethiopian
Orthodox canon, and the direct quotation of 1 Enoch in Jude, a relatively
strong case can be made for including these books in a study Bible along with
all the other “deuterocanonicals” found in many NRSV-based study Bibles.
For a roundup of Ethiopian Orthodox songs, and a first taste of the iconographic tradition, go here.

FYI, the link to the list of the Ethiopian Orthodox canon is pointing somewhere on your local drive, so we can't get to it.
Thanks for the collection!

Fixed. Thank you, and to others by email, who pointed the problem out.
And thank you, mapoulous, for your very fine blog.
